Antoni Bolinches (Barcelona, 1947) is Clinical Psychologist, sexologist and Master in human sexology. Antoni Bolinches is one of the first to introduce Humanist Psychology in Spain. He has become a specialist in the field of sexual disfunctions, couple and self-growing therapies.

He defends self-helping firmness as a method that leads us to become our own therapist, learning to develop our values and to reduce our failures. His self-growth and harmonic love theories as paths to happiness have been widely expounded in his three first books: The psychological change, Personal happiness and The art of falling in love.

His fourth book Wise Sex has become a reference manual in stable couple sexual behaviour. His newest work Second Attempt Love has situated him between the greatest european experts in couples and sexuality matters.

He also exercises an important pedagogical task: he teaches at Master in Clinical Sexology and Sexual Health (Medicine Faculty) and at Emotional Education Postgraduate (Pedagogy Faculty) in Barcelona University.
